Each week the PFA funds six residential rehabilitation spaces at St George’s Park, which can be accessed by current and former PFA members
St. George’s Park combines cutting edge technology with elite medical expertise to create the most advanced sports medicine, rehabilitation, performance science and training centre in the UK.
The multi-disciplinary team at St George’s Park is led by Physiotherapist Pete Talbot, he says: “The PFA intensive rehabilitation scheme provides players with the latest evidence based rehabilitation and conditioning.
“Players receive one on one contact with both physiotherapy and strength and conditioning staff to help them achieve the best possible outcome following injury and allowing them to return to play in the required physical condition for the demands of the game.”
